The fundamental characteristics of this VED system are clarified by analyzing building structures under cyclic loading. A finite element model considering nonlinearity, large deformation, and material damage is developed to conduct a parametric study on different damper sizes under pushover cyclic loading. The RRBD is an economical, lightweight, and easy-to-assemble device. This study introduces a viscoelastic passive control system called rotary rubber braced damper (RRBD).

In recent years, viscoelastic dampers (VEDs) have been widely used in many mid- and high-rise buildings. International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems, 2019 Vol.11 No.2, pp.Conventional seismic rehabilitation methods may not be suitable for some buildings owing to their high cost and time-consuming foundation work. Keywords: quantum-dot cellular automata QCA finite state machine vending machine traffic light controller QCADesigner 2.3.0. The circuit was designed and the functionality of those was verified using QCADesigner tool. This paper aims at the design of finite state machines and its use in vending machine and traffic light controller were discussed. Many combinational and sequential circuits are designed by using these basic gates. The basic logic gates like AND, OR, inverter, majority gates are implemented. CMOS technology uses transistors to create a logic gates but in QCA technology, logic gates and wires are created by using QCA cells. QCA technology has advantages like small size and high speed. Quantum mechanics and cellular automata are together said to be QCA. Such type of circuit can be used in many digital applications and has an advantage of reduced area utilisation. The assembly of quantum dots replaces transistors which is said to be 'quantum-dot cellular automata', an emerging nanotechnology in the field of quantum electronics. Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) replaces CMOS based VLSI technology.
